He has played countless venues in the U.S. as well as regular stints in Bermuda, and international engagements in South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. His shows range from formal staged events all the way down to busking on the street, as he does every year at Nürnberg, Germany's famous BardenTreffen, an international street-music festival. On the off-Broadway stage, he appeared as Spike Spaldeen in The Song of Singapore and is credited as "ukelele consultant" for the off-broadway musical revue Secrets Every Smart Traveler Should Know. Currently he can be seen occasionally heading the off-broadway cast in Magicalicious, The Tale of the Tongue-Tied Prince, a show he created for HAI (Healing Arts Initiative) at the Jerry Orbach Theater in NYC, while also producing tours of his musical biography of the Wright Brothers.

In addition, Larry has received commissions from various local and national organizations and governmental departments to create musical theatre for young audiences relating to issues ranging from fire prevention to vaccines. The organizations include HAI, Sing For Hope, the New York City Fire Department, the NYC Human Resources Department and the national CDC Foundation.
